Users day - Open Source ITSM/ESM - 2020

On the 17th and 19th of November, the “JUD ITSM/ESM 2020” took place. We would like to thank the participants and the speakers. This year, the event was organized remotely, which allowed it to be broadcast on two continents. It was a pleasure to welcome you to this second event organized by our development and digital solutions integration team. The feedback showed a very high satisfaction level of the offered conferences as well as the general organization of the two-half days.

It is important for us to continue to organize this event for users of Open Source Enterprise and Information Technology Service Management (ESM/ITSM) solutions of which we are distributors. This allowed the community to meet, exchange and discover other aspects of their software(s). The “JUD” also allowed the representatives of the organizations present to exchange directly with the software publishers. We warmly thank them for their excellent contribution.
