Consulting services for the implementation of ECO-ICT indicators

The service included the following activities :

• Definition of indicators 
• Meetings with the Customer to identify the indicators to be formalized, therefore already in place but not disseminated under an Eco-ICT component as well as the identification of indicators deemed easy to integrate (Quick Win)
• Presentation of the summary of the defined indicators and the plan of implementation
• Analysis of the choices of indicators identified then summary of the results and final approval of the choice of indicators to be deployed to the steering committee
• Presentation of indicators to internal stakeholders

• Identification of internal stakeholders related to data processing of identified Eco-ICT indicators
• Production of an Eco-ICT dashboard with method of data recovery and updating
• Creation of datasheets for each of the Eco-ICT indicators
• Organization of operationalization workshops
• Workshop with stakeholders to set up or adjust work procedures
• Communication of the first monthly dashboard
