Project management deployment software ITSM


Early 2016,  for one of our clients and partner, the team took charge of the management of a project to deploy several modules of the ServicesNow IT Services Management Software (ITSM) , in a major canadian retail business.

The project was organized in two phases, over six months, from the end of December 2015 to July 2016. 

The following modules were deployed throughout the project :

  • Management of Service Requests Incident and Problem Management
  • Change Management
  • Contract Management

We also provided process and procedures in French and English. The integration was performed by the customer. 

We used various tools such as : 

  • Our project tracking platform powered by LibrePlan software
  • An cction plan in the form of a shared document
  • A JIRA development monitoring platform
