New Extensyo module for iTop: Interpretation of incoming emails received in iTop

We are pleased to announce the release of a new module in our Extensyo iTop for Business range: i4B Mail interface.
This module allows you to interpret emails from your email monitoring.
By analyzing the email subject line, you can apply transitions in the request lifecycle and, when necessary, fill in additional fields (such as the agent when assigning a request).
