New implementation of our Extensyo module for managing business workflows in iTop

This module allows you to create, by simply configuring the data, the various processing flows required for:

• A new hosting request

• A request to modify hosting

• A request to change the RUN of the hosted solution

• A request to remove an application

The implementation of the workflow engine allows administrators who are familiar with workflows to modify them or create new ones within the solution, without needing in-depth knowledge of how iTop works or its data model. Additions and modifications do not require new configurations or service interruptions.
