Animation of a specialized GLPI 9.5.x training course

As part of the solution integration projects entrusted to it, Synairgis consulting team regularly conducts specialized training on GLPI software. The goal is to help our customers to take control of the functionalities of their solution. This is what we did during the month of July 2021, for one of our clients in the Montpellier region in France, specialized in IT asset management.
The training covered the following aspects:
- General configuration and administration of the solution
- IT asset management - basic approach
- Organization of the FormCreator web portal and ticket management - automatisation
- Exercises
Course materials and exercises.

The two-day training was carried out on site in compliance with all the health instructions in force.
