Process deployment kit for GLPI


In the course of 2016, the team came up with the idea of writing a technical book to help IT stakeholders roll out three key IT Service Management Processes (ITSM) adapted to their procedures and work instructions to the Open Source software GLPI (Free Management of IT Park).

This first book is aimed at a wide audience, addressed as much to the IT Departments of organizations of all sizes, users or non-users of GLPI as to external advisors or students in teaching programs preparing for the management and research professions operation of IT infrastructures.

This Guide is meant to be a simple and practical tool. It brings together in one volume all the important elements to organize the Service Request Management process guides, Incidents and Problems according to the best market practices, including the ITIL repository. 

This project took several months of effort from two of our Advisors. They relied on their experience and proven practice as well as on the assistance of Société Teclib' which publishes and distributes GLPI.
