Development of a customization plugin for the GLPI console


A French IT equipment, mobile phone and car rental company called on Synairgis to customize the functionality and appearance of its GLPI fleet management console. This console was intended for business customers (b2b) so that they could manage their rented fleet using the supplier's solution. 

The Synairgis team took up the challenge thanks to its GLPI plugin development services and its integration expertise in order to offer a scalable and configurable solution perfectly integrated into the GLPI solution.

The service included the following activities:

  • analyze customer needs and validate the feasibility of requests;
  • develop detailed specifications for each change introduced;
  • develop a private GLPI plugin allowing the activation and configuration of the various features developed;
  • conduct acceptance tests with the client;
  • deploy the plugin in the client's environments;
  • train users and pilots;
  • support plugin support.

At all stages of development, Synairgis has ensured the compatibility of the plugin with the best practices recommended by the software company, Teclib', in order to offer its client the peace of mind of the continuity of its GLPI Network support. Synairgis works in close partnership with Teclib' and this collaboration benefits its customers in many ways.
