The Synairgis team helped an international pharmaceutical company migrate its iTop software from a community version, including network management via TeemIP, to a professional version.
The project had to take into consideration the particular manufacturing environment and the operational constraints of this environment to integrate into the solution and train its administrators whom we accompanied in all stages of delivery.
The main feature of this project was that the solution made it possible to manage devices and software not only in the administrative activity areas, but also in the factory. We therefore had to make customizations allowing the client to support its compliance with good practices (GxP).
